This update paves the way for the adoption of advanced healthcare technologies and expands opportunities for innovative medical applications in the Chilean market.

The revised regulation also streamlines compliance procedures by providing greater flexibility for the submission of confidential test reports through digital channels. Additionally, the updated rules offer manufacturers more freedom in the design and sizing of QR codes used for regulatory identification, provided their readability and functionality are maintained.
