• Free Deployment: Internal networks and devices composed exclusively of low-power equipment can be installed and operated without a license, provided they comply with technical standards.
• Emission Thresholds and Frequency Bands: A detailed list of device categories and authorized frequency bands is included in the annex. Examples:
  • Wireless Local Area Networks (Wi-Fi): 2400–2483.5 MHz (up to 100 mW EIRP).
  • Short-range devices: 433.050–434.790 MHz (10 mW ERP).
  • Road Information Systems: 5795–5805 MHz (2 W EIRP).
• Strict Conditions: Devices must not cause harmful interference and must respect maximum power limits.
• Monitoring and Sanctions: The Authority may conduct inspections, seal non-compliant devices, or remove them from service.

This decision is based on Law No. 2013-025 on electronic communications, amended in 2022, and the National Frequency Allocation Table published in 2024.
