European Commission Moves to Repeal Cybersecurity Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/30
The European Commission has taken a decisive step toward reshaping the EU’s cybersecurity framework by initiating the repeal of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/30.
The proposal was formally adopted on February 16, 2026, and subsequently confirmed through the publication of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/339 on April 29, 2026, in the Official Journal of the European Union (here).
The repeal will take effect on December 11, 2027.
